Changing the wireless channel and adjusting the antennas of the router could help improve its coverage. Aside from those steps, you can also try relocating the router as its placement could also affect its performance. The wireless signal was very powerful and was strong throughout my entire house. Speed and internet connectivity was great at first, except the fact it would drop the connection to my devices every once in a while. After owning this for maybe a year at most the router has gone downhill and now it’s to the point my phone will connect to the internet about 50% of the time, while mainting a very strong signal to the router. I have to turn off my WiFi and turn it back on to get it to work. I contacted Linksys about this and they were absolutely no help and try to sell me support for my $150+. I’m also very tech savvy and have tried every possible fix I’ve thought of and have read on the internet in regard to this and simply cannot fix their firmware bug. Live and learn. Last linksys product I buy.
