Extremely satisfied, I was having trouble with the router that I had , but this was a game changer

I was initially impressed with this router. It solved some issues I was having with my old router. Unfortunately after less than two weeks it started to behave erratically so I returned it. I was skeptical about replacing this with an identical router, so I went with an Asus. I could have rated this lower, but it seemed like a decent router. Just bad luck I guess.

Works great! The other one kept dropping the signal! All is well now and everyone is happy!

This router will handle anything you can throw at it. Okay maybe not literally, but in all the ways that matter it is true to the Linksys name which to me means quality, and performance. I believe I have only ever had Linksys routers. There was that one time I went with the Comcast modem/router combo. That didn't last long. My home has a lot of internet traffic, and Linksys has never failed to meet my needs. How does the new MR9000 (AC3000) stand up to my past experiences? In a few words I would say better than ever. Unboxing the router I was met with the same quality hardware I have come to expect. Setup is simpler than ever as well. Just download the Linksys App and it will have you up and running after a very easy setup process. Anyone can do this. When it came time to put the router to the test I was more than satisfied. Like I said my home has a LOT of internet traffic. Multiple smartphones, tablets, smart tvs, laptops, streaming devices, smart home assistants, game consoles (like ten of them), and more. The AC3000 handles it with ease. Honestly. Using nearly all of these devices at the same time I could see no noticeable hitches or slowdowns. I had all 5 ethernet ports occupied and multiples devices using the wifi, and had fantastic results. It also has a USB 3.0 port on the back which I haven't taken advantage of yet, but plan to do so in the future. Our house is about 1,300 sq ft, and there are no dead zones with this router. It claims coverage for homes up to 3,000 sq ft, and even that can be extended with Linksys nodes. The MR9000 from Linksys has continued to establish a trust with this brand. If you are looking for performance, reliability, and ease of setup look no further. You've found it!

REPLACED WITH LINKSYS VELOP WIFI 6 UNIT. SERVED IT'S PURPOSE FOR SEVERAL MONTHS. TODAY THERE ARE BETTER BUYS.

This gets me way better internet in my house then before my internet is stronger now

This is a good product, although it does not have a wide range. Excellent for small apartments.
