Not really a gamer but have several smart home devices (20+) that all run on the 2.4ghz band and your typical household devices on the 5ghz band, no real issues streaming live tv via a roku while I am working from home. Do not think I have had to reset it since it was purchased, its obviously been reset due to power outages. Easy setup via a hardwired computer or using the smartphone app.

Great range and does not have any dead spots in my house. Easy setup and use. Would definitely buy again.

Linksys rocks. I've had many routers over the years and not only has this been the most reliable, but I just got off a long (probably 1.5 hours) online support chat session with a Linksys support staff to help me correct a problem I had with a new external WD hard drive I was connecting to the router. They saw me through it so everything works smoothly. The router app for my phone also is BOMB! Makes life so much easier.

I have a 2,800 sq ft house with thick walls and my gym /office and ring door bell are completely on the other side of the house I have spectrum 200mb plane with their modem And this router and it works great but I was not getting strong speeds at the front of my house Still so I had to end up getting a Linksys RE9000 AC3000 Max-Stream Tri-Band Wi-Fi Range Extender and it works great strong speeds all over my house

I was replacing my cable modem and router combo. I was constantly having to reset it plus I was paying a rental fee. I chose this router after much research. It was easy to set up and I have really good range. Even on other floors of my building I can receive coverage as well as outside. I would highly recommend. The only down side was the price, but it will pay for itself in time with no more rental fees.

Easy to setup. Have 24 items hooked to my network and it handles them without a pause or slowdown.

I purchased this to replace another Linksys router that suddenly died. This was an upgrade. So far I like it. I have anywhere from 15 to 25 devises connected at one time, including two remote work from home adults, 2 security devises, 4 phones, a VoIP home phone, two game systems, two DVD players, 2 Alexa dots, a Kindle, 3 laptops. A range extender on both the 5g and 2.4g frequencies and I've had no problems at all.
