I don't generally upgrade routers with each gen but my old one just flat out died so I had to replace it. Bought this since it was in my budget but when I realized you can setup a mesh network.. I decided to get 2 to test it figuring I could always return it if it wasn't good. Well mesh or at least Wifi 6 mesh is no gimmick. I was getting 30 mb/s down in some rooms that had 4 walls between them and the router. With a mesh system I'm getting 200 mb/s in all rooms. My only gripe is.. they could be cheaper!

I bought this router to replace an older dingle band router. I like that I can turn wifi on or off for certain devices and also enable guest mode. The up to 1.8 gbps is much better than my previous routers 450 mbps, too. Its made by Belkin, Linksys' parent company. I highly recommend this company and product.

I was really surprised by the performance of this router. I was in the market for a router that can cover 3 stories town home for a 1Gbps internet subscription. I saw this one at best buy and I decided to give it a try as it was very compact and on sale. Honestly, I was really surprised by the performance especially when I had over 20 smart devices connected to it. After few months of use, it still delivers the same performance. I do recommend this product.

Technically pretty good. Has built-it ability to run “speed test” directly, which on Spectrum is extremely fast. Unfortunately, it has pretty much the same user-interface as my older 2018 vintage router (not a good thing). LinkSys still hasn’t fixed the way they assign a “name” to the connected devices… especially when a wireless extender is used (which hides them from the list… sometimes). Since I reserve ALL of the IP addresses for my known devices, I would expect them to use the “Name” that I put in the reservation. But that only occurs about half the time. Otherwise, they try to come up with stupid uninformative names like “Samsung”. Geez! I have 10 connections that are Samsung devices… that doesn’t tell me anything. And sometimes they use the hostname (seen in Windows “ping -a 192.168.1.xxx”) and sometimes they don’t. Even after rebooting router, the extender’s “name” is shown as a phone device that hasn’t connected to it for 2 months. Go figure. Seriously?

Has been working well so far. Range is good, connection is stable even with multiple devices, but sometimes drops when in a far away room and two devices are trying to video call

Superfast Wi-fi speeds when connected to cable internet. The only problem I've found is that the Dual-Band is hosted together and expects your device to differentiate which is great for most products but older devices need the 2.4 GHz networks. There is a workaround through their mobile website but I was still able to get everything connected after a little extra work on my end. Otherwise, great product and look forward to extending my network in the future. The app is also awesome and shows all your devices and allows you to control them even remotely.

Solid router. Setup was a breeze and speed is as advertised. I’m not sure of range because I use it such a small space. Great deal for what you get.
