Others are short and chubby. This one is flat, small, and packed with good internet juice. The antennas are a bit dramatic, but they work fine. Save a dollar and go small on the outside and big on the inside.

Currently using it as a second router hard-wired to main router attached to cable modem. Wireless signal and speeds excellent on end of house this router serves.

Works perfectly fine, I used to have the Spectrum based model but it couldn’t read my storage device, so I got this and it read perfectly, I need it so I can access my files to any devices that connects to this router.

Have Spectrum internet, so realized I could upgrade my Modem and Router with them for free. Spectrum gave me a dual-band Modem, but only a 5G router (which was ALL they had), so I ended up having to buy a dual-band Router instead of this Modem.

I live in a 2500 sq/ft apartment and there isn't anywhere in there that goes without an extremely strong and reliable wifi connection. Highly recommended for those who work from home.

I believe that the APP for phone lacks more options (Reduce speed to a connected device / How much is the maximum number of guests). The technical support is good and helpful, I recommend that you contact them.

I guess you need to change them out quicker than I do. I have had no problems unless I turn the power off to the house for an install such as light or fans. It takes forever to come back up.

If the TV is connected using an Ethernet cable, try using a different cable to isolate the issue. If it's connected via Wi-Fi, attempt removing the network from the TV settings and then reconnecting.
