Fast and reliable, I have so many devices and never once did I experience any lag or issues. The connection is strong at every corner of my 1000 sqft apartment, and connection is still good in the corridor, so I assume it’s capable of even bigger spaces.

Fantastic Router with great range! Perfect for small home or large apartment. WIFI-6 is seamless with my new laptop. Rarely have to restart. Setup is fairly painless via the app, which also makes restarts and router management super simple. I have 3 of these in different homes/offices and so far they seem bulletproof!

This is a great upgrade from my wifi5 router, received faster speeds with this Linksys, it's awesome. The price drop from 149.99 to 99.99 is a steal. They also have another version that increases the range so keep that in mind if you are wanting a longer reach. I used this just for my basement and the whole basement is lit up.

Great router with lots of functionality for a great price. Needed tech support to get to some advanced features. Tech support was great, just wish it had been more obvious without needing support.

    Need Direct Desktop Access?

this review is for 'Linksys AX1800 Router MR7350'. the router itself is very good, the radio side is better than my old Moto'. but i do not see how to do channel changes, although not a big deal. i really don't need to but the feature should be there. the app sux, it's slow and does not show all the management features i'd like to see. further, if you turn off 'remote access' [RA], which i always do, it will not work at all. with RA turned off how do you access the router, when the owners manual is no help? open your browser, enter "192.168.1.1" or "myrouter.local" for direct desktop configuration.

    Pitiful excuse for a router

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

The first bad sign was when it took multiple attempts to get it to connect during setup. Once I got it set up and running, everything seemed great, and it was generally showing between ~1-1.2Gbps, though it frequently dropped to a few hundred for some unknown reason and required me to disconnect and reconnect to go back up to 1Gb+ again. The main reason I got it was so I could connect a 5-bay USB HDD enclosure and access the drives over the network, and it worked seamlessly, and so I thought all was good. Immediately, though, I started having issues with disconnects while transferring or reading data to/from the drives. Because of this, it took me over a week to do what should have taken a couple days, because I had to keep restarting things after they would run for hours only to fail due to a disconnect. Twice when it happened I was lucky enough to see it happen, which allowed me to go check on the router and see that it was booting up, meaning it was randomly restarting on a regular basis. Unfortunately, this joke of a router has basically no troubleshooting capabilities built in, not even having such a basic feature as uptime to be able to see how long it's been running and, therefore, how long ago it reset itself. Even enabling the logs proved fruitless, since there were about six or eight lines after running for a while and rebooting again, so I can only assume it clears the logs on reboot, which obviously makes them useless. Another issue was that it would randomly not be accessible via IP to access the Velop interface even though I could ping it and had connection to the internet and my drives, and trying a different browser didn't help, either. I would have been willing to chalk the issues up to a defective product and try again, but I'm sorry, I'm not going to bother with a "router" that doesn't even have the most basic of diagnostic tools. This thing is a pathetic joke and is just destroying Linksys' name, though I shouldn't be surprised since it's now owned by Belkin. Don't waste your time on this toy.

Dead at 13 months. Easy to setup. Fast. Good range. BUT 13 months later it begins having connection problems and after 2 days of that it no longer distributes a signal. Only 13 months old. Not buying Linksys anymore. They just dont last.

      Hi, KarenM,

If the router still turns on, we can try resetting it to factory defaults, to refresh the overall system. Sometimes, a system refresh does wonders, especially if the router has been running for quite some time. For further discussion, we can assist you better at LinksysCares@linsys.com. Just include your contact information and a link to this review as our reference.
