You may try to uninstall and install the adapter again. You may also change the wireless channels of your router from 6,9 and 11 to improve the signal. Let us know if you need more assistance. Speed as checked by speedtest.net was under 6 MB/s while the laptop on the desk above this PC was over 10 MB/s (the ISP limit).
