It has been a month and I've not had to reset it once! The other great thing, you can choose your own password. We were not looking forward to having to enter the 16 plus character passcode for each device. With this router, we simply typed in a password that we chose for everything on the network. I wish I had bought this sooner!

Came with a CD for instructions but there was no 800# to call for when and if there was an issue. My husband had some trouble getting us on line once everything was connected, but we are now up and running!

Also the power supply slot is loose so if it gets wiggled around a little bit it will reset itself. Been meaning to return it but haven't had the time to.
