For the price its a decent router. I would honestly only buy it for a small apartment. If not spend more for a better unit

This is a great product for a small home.
Withstands many connected devices however once it reaches about 4 or more devices, user will begin to see a reduction in Internet speed.

Bought this for our family home, we have high-speed broadband but with so many users online at once the net feels sluggish. This improved the online experience for everybody.

This was additional wireless router, so I may have an adult child split off from the main network for best Internet control without impacting the rest of the household.

I purchased this to go with a tablet I was giving my sister. The clerk helped me chose the router that would meet her needs. He assured me that I could set it up myself without hiring a geek. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was!

Hi, Julsy5,
We appreciate the time you spent in reviewing this product. This is not the experience that we'd like you to have. Do you still have the router? If you do, we can help you figure this out.
It may help to update its firmware and if you haven't done this, we suggest using a wired computer to ensure the stability of the connection.
Keep us updated via email at [email protected] and indicate your full name, phone number, location, and the link to this post.

Can't even give it one star. It truly is plug and pray. I called tech support outside my hemisphere. I have hooked up a few routers in my time. Don't know how average person could deal with calling tech support and it taking 1 hour and 45 minutes only for them so say its defective. That was after spending a half hour on my own trying to get it to work. If you want a good 45 dollar router that actually works, buy the netgear n300. Less than 5 minutes and that is not exaggerating, maybe 3, and I was online. Six steps and no software, the most difficult step might have been "plug network cable into your modem". My 90 year old mom could have installed the netgear. Overall rating is 1 because I could not enter 0. Returned it and bought netgear, aaaah.
