Defective from start

Looked up the error and people suggested to upgrade the firmware. Unfortunately mine already had the latest firmware so I was screwed. After a week of running I cant even access the GUI to get into the device without having to reboot it constantly.

This product was DOA out of the box. No power. Best Buy needs to have a serious conversation with Linksys about the Quality going in FIRTS, BEFORE Linksys ships the product.
