Now wont connect and when you go to the website and try to have it reset it just keeps going in circles. I would not waste my money on this product.

It caused our wifi to malfunction and we had to replace the router. I called the Best Buy store where I purchased it and the employee who answered told me the range extender does not work, another had just been returned and she recommended I just bring it back for a refund. First an employee highly recommends it and then another tells me it doesn't work. Why would a company knowingly recommend and sell a product that they themselves say doesn't work? Things that make you go hmmmmmm!
