Lightening hit my first router so I made this purchase. Set up is easy.

This router works great in my sons dorm room. It was easy to set up.

Product has good range. Has no problem with two story farm house and immediate outside area. Set-up disc/ Wizard easy to follow. Would like more flexible parental controls but it gives you a couple of options.

Does the job, seems to broadcast a good signal everywhere in my home. Automatically sets up a primary network and a guest network. When I was worried about the security of the guest network ( which really is password protected even though it doesn't look that way at first) I called the IT support line. They almost didn't serve me because to their record they had made the product over a year ago, even though I had bought it that day. They finally agreed to 'help' me but they were less than helpful. Finally just had to hang up after over an hour of questioning before actually getting to my problem. Then they proceeded to inform me that any support for this product would expire in 60 days, but I could purchase an extended support plan for a mere $80.

So far, the router works extremely well. No issues.

I got this router so my mom could have WiFi in her apartment. It was very easy to set up and works throughout the apartment, which is about 1200 sq. ft. I'm very happy with the price, quality and ease of use of this product.

The first unit was defective right out of the box, but the replacement configured quickly and works well. Does it's job without any fancy bells or whistles. Excellent value for the price.

I bought it to replace my Western Digital router. Easy to set-up.

I needed a quality wireless access point for my office. I already had a gigabit router & two 16 port switches for the hard-wired part of our network, but wanted something to add wireless access. With minor reconfiguration, this filled the bill very well. People can access our network with their wireless devices almost as easily as with their desktop computers.

It works, it was easy to install, all the parts you need are included. The set-up DVD is accurate and makes it easy to use. I am not a "geek" so don't be afraid to try. You need to simplify your bonus rewards program. Over the years I have spent a lot of money (were talking thousands of dolIers) I was assured by your rep/cash register personnel that I was getting points recently I received a check for $5?? . If Office Depot can do their program with just my Zip code You can do it . Finally there was time when I swore that I would never shop at Best Buy(BBY) again and I know many people had the same experience. Every time is shopped their there was a major hassle/problem . You have won me back. The service at the West Madison, WIsconsin store is excellent. I shop BBY online as well. I have had very little with problem navigating the internet at BBY

My dad did not want to spend more than 100$ and the salesman was trying to push him to spend about 220$ on a router that would just be faster. We were told this one was good for basic use, which is what our home needed, however if you try to stream a lot or need fast streaming, this would not be the way to go.

No problem with setup at all. Instructions clear and simple to do.
