Linksys is consistently one of the strongest performing routers out there. My only real complaint is lack of forward-facing diagnostic lights, which makes it difficult to quickly assess a connection problem, and a slightly confusing user interface. Excellent for setup and general monitoring, but if you need to change to a different port, for instace, you're gona have to look around a bit.

Our son recommended this to us. We've had the Linksys for a month and it has provided great signal strength. Reliable. Installed it myself...instructions were clear and easy.

I bought this router so that I could have a home network and simplify my life. No more lugging stuff around and fiddling with wires. The more you connect and disconnect hardware, the greater the chance for messing up a connector, or a wire, or maybe causing a static discharge. Now, I don't have to worry about it anymore. Brought it home, took it out of the box, followed the simple instructions, and was using the device within an hour. Perfect!

This item was easy to install and fit well in the entertainment stand. Does not take up a lot of space.

I installed 3 of these routers throughout a large, old building to give customers wireless access to the internet using the guest accounts, while keeping our local network secure. The range is adequate for our needs and I only had to resort to using a range extender, RE1000, once to get the coverage I wanted.

This was the third wireless router that I've set up since using wifi and it was by far the easiest one just pop the cd/dvd in and it tells you step by step what to do. No going on to some website or call some 1-800 number to finish installation or set up your secure password. You pick the name for your network and guest network enter in your passwords and boom it's all done. Takes about 10 minutes from start to finish then, you/re up and running.

Setup was very easy. Works fine and reliable. However, the wired internet speed can reach 50 M, while the wireless speed can only reached 20 M.
