Router is on 2nd floor, and covers well, even into the basement and outside the house. I recommend this router, it's a great value for the money and has great range through my large home. This is my 2nd Sisco, a name brand worth the investment.

I was directed to the aisle and shown the models. He gave me a couple choices then left me alone to choose. It's easy to install and understand. It's been working well ever since.

I can see how some give it low stars, it is one of those systems you must follow the instructions, no short cuts. Do that and you will not be disappointed.

It works flawlessly. But, according to my android phone on Wi Fi, the range seems to be less than 100 feet when it is advertised to be about 1000 ft.

This was no exception. The included CD makes it a walk in the park. The whole process took about an hour, most of which was spent setting the new password for my mobile devices.

Posted .Hi. We appreciate your time for sharing this feedback. It is best to double check your internet speed directly to the modem to make sure it’s not a problem with your provider. As for the wireless signal, it might be possible that there is a lot interference conflicting with your router. You can try to set a static wireless channel (preferably channel 1, 6 or 11) on the router to minimize this. The new router was easy to set up and we were back online in no time. I think this is the best brand on the market.

This is a good way to set up so that it is just a bit harder for the hackers to find your network. It has been very reliable to this point.

Signal strength from the front to the rear of the house could be better (not sure if there is a steel beam in between).
