Only 2 computers on network this router is used on are new enough or capable of connecting at max, but greatly sped up entire network. Good inexpensive way to upgrade an old network. Provided your network is already at least CAT-5e

It is important that I have a good router because I need to be able to have a good connection to Face Time with my husband from across the country. So far the screen doesn't freeze up since I purchased this router.

After going through several wireless routers due to the recommendations of clueless Comcast technicians I purchased this Linksys router. It turns out there was a bad connection in my service line. Thank you Comcast! Anyway, I found the Linksys to be the easiest to install.

If you are looking for a good quality all-around router at a low price you should consider this product. It works well in a small condo or townhome. If you have a larger home you might consider investing in something with a larger range.

A friend of mine recommended this router to me as a good deal for the quality. I picked it up several months ago, and it is working fine so far. I am able to get quick, reliable internet several rooms away.

I was paying for high speed internet but was having issues streaming and with slow response. Replaced the router with Linksys wireless router and noticed the difference immediately. Easy to install.

THe router is good, it was easily installed and the troubleshooting system through the internet is also good. However, the signals gets weak when you get a few feet far from it.

This is a great basic router for everyday use. If you need a more sophisticated firewall this is not the one. However it does work well with VOIP when you disable the ALG. We have had zero problems in this scenario.

This router could not take 4 heavy users streaming video. it kept dieing and needed to be unplugged and plugged back in to work again. It also seems to have issues when Xbox one is plugged in to it via ethernet.

This router was set up in a 2400 sq ft. fire house. It works really well. The only hiccup are the concrete blocks used throughout the fire house. This effects the wireless signal more than usual. Everyone has smart phones and laptops connected with no problems.

The is the best router I have found for under $100. It has a lot of features. I have used this model router several times, as a wireless bridge, with the DD-WRT firmware and it works flawlessly.

I was having trouble with my router dropping the signal. I bought this one because I thought a more 'powerful' one was needed. It failed on me within 24 hours of being setup, but has worked well since then - three weeks.

I use this router in all of my offices to allow Regional Staff Members, and local management and staff to connect to our system with their smart phones and prevent cellular data usage. The router connected quickly and easily and does not drop my connection.

My only dislike is the wifi signal sees to not be as strong when I'm on my phone or Xbox. It still does give quality performance so I am satisfied with purchasing it.

Price is average not too expensive. Usually great for one level apartment.it is easy to install. You can have your guest to have access without accessing your computer.

Works great, the only thing is that it doesn't come with a WiFi password and it was difficult to figure it out, the Spectrum representative walked me through the whole WiFi set up process!

It cost me $219 and at least 18-hours of my life to have it installed over the telephone. To put it mildly, it was a nightmare. I should have taken my laptop to Best Buy and had them install it for me. After I got it installed, it has worked great. There are many scam artists associated with the web-page for this item. they say they are third party associates working for Linksys. One got into my computer (remotely) and screwed it up. They then told me they wanted $499 to unscrew it. Buyer Beware.

Works ok but does not have all of the new bells and whistles that are now available in the latest ones that are optimized for smart phones, tablets and other wireless streaming devices.

I replaced a similar model that was purchased about three years ago. I was told by a salesperson at Best Buy that this model was similar to what I had,, and that it should be better than the old one. I am not satisfied with the results to-date.

Replaced a Linksys 1 X router I had for a number of years due to more wireless devices. Service with this brand had been great. Reviewed a number of routers for more range and more device accomodatation and this model seemed adequate. However, I have been disappointed with the signal strength and it really does not project throughout my house...my old 1x was actually just as effective. My sister bought a Beakin and has been more than satisfied, should have researched better.
