WE had one of these and we had to replace it so purchased it again from Best Buy

not a easy set up for a novice. Must management firewallls, the attach cables.

once in awhile have to reboot coz wifi isnt working..

Overall this is agood router, but needs serious improvement in signal strength.

I have experienced problems 2 times, and their techs are not very helpful. The 2nd time I experienced issues I was charged $34.00 to give me advice, they started the fee at 99.99 and I ended up paying the above price. . I was at their mercy, and had to pay the fee. I would never buy another product by this company.

It works most of the time but I'm often denied online access

The range is not far. Was hard to set up. Not the best

I bought it as a gift. the user is pleased. like i said i can not say.

Decent router. Needs reset often though. Works about 75% of the time.

Doesn't configure on a current Mac - poor coverage

It had connectivity issues once I started connecting multiple wireless clients. (18 total) I ended up ultimately replacing it with enterprise grade equipment (ubiquiti networks)but my network requirements probably exceed typically home use

I've set up several wireless modems in the past, never with any difficulty. This one was a disaster for me. First there was no software for the Mac OS Yosemite. Trying to navigate past that proved highly difficult. I called customer service. I went through the website. Bottom line was I never could get it to work. Put in back in the box and stuffed it in the closet and managed to get my old one working again. MAKE SURE THEY HAVE THE YOSEMITE UPDATE BEFORE BUYING.

This product as i mentioned above is good for an office use. i have a 1278 sq ft home and all the internet connections were slow and we would have to continually reset it.

Ended up returning it. I live in an apartment and I got spotty reception in my living room literally 30 ft away. With the price of higher end AC routers spend alittle more and get a better product.

We have been through a great deal of troubleshooting to eliminate the causes for our frequent loss of Internet access. We finally pinpointed the router as the source of the problem when the only devices on were the wireless printer and a laptop, not connected to the Internet. In the middle of the print job "printer cannot be found". We get kicked off the Internet several times a day, actually, more than once every hour.

I continue to have issues with this router. Have connectivity issues constantly!

I've read reviews of this router before, and seen they have very bad performance. This router is garbage. It keeps booting you off line, it won't connect when booting up. You have to keep unplugging, re-plugging to get it to connect your wireless. I hooked up my old Linksys Cisco and everything is perfect. I still have this router as a "standby" in case my old one breaks. I'd rather use it as a paper weight. If I had my receipt, this junk would go right back to Best Buy!!!!!!!

Not the best router constantly have to restart it for wifi to work. I do like the fact I can set certain limitations on my children's' access to the internet.

I got this router and tried to set it up with the enclosed CD when this didn't work I called the help line twice. I spent a total of almost 4 hours on the phone with people from overseas who seemed to know the product and just could not get it to work. Finally the woman just said "me not know what wrong!", so I brought the pile of junk back.
