I haven't had a single issue with this router since I got it 2 years ago. It has good range.

The instructions are easy to understand and the coverage exceeds my expectations.

bought it online,it's not too bad,software is easy installation follow instructions on the cd.

This is a great affordable router with fast internet speed for my apartment.

Faster,multiple user no antenna to see.compatible to my charter modem.

This product does great. I have no problems getting a signal anywhere in my house. I love it.

We were in the market for an update and this did the trick, we have been pleased!

install was automatic with desktop, I was away from office and tried to use phone which is not supported for this model although several are, took a while to find out it was never going to work, after I followed directions on website and went through password, name etc on phone a few times

Easy to install. Quick connection speed and works flawlessly.

It worked fine for 5 weeks, nothing really special about it except it was easy to set up. Then the speeds started slowing down or stopping for a few minutes. Final 6 weeks after I had purchased it, and after I had gotten rid. of my old wireless router, it died. On hold for almost an hour with Linksys, support, then almost another hour walking through testing it and trying things they told me. Final they said they would replace it. Then sent me an email with the case number but the link to start process to return it did not work. On hold another hour today, person finally said they would process the RMA please hold, but the phone went to a dial tone after about 10 minutes. Another 45 minutes on third call, they finally gave me RMA and said they would email me shipping instructions. About 2-3 weeks for replacement they said. Quality of unit, terrible and even worst support from Linksys to get a replacement.

I spent a couple of hours with tech support get get it working. Teck support suggested that I purchase a wireless adapter to hook up my PC wireless. I received the adapter and couldn't get it to work. I spend another hour with Linksys support and they couldn't get the adapter to work. I have a Dell PC with windows 7 on it. The tech support suggested that I return it and they felt it might be defective. Customer support told me that I would have to pay for the return. I asked why!! They said that since I do not have a second computer to test their adapter on they can't be sure that the adapter is bad. WHAT!!! I could understand if I had an old pc running windows me or something like that. I AM RUNNING WINDOWS 7. Come on Linksys get with the program!! The router and the adapter are going back to Best Buy!!

I am tired of buying routers that will randomly drop wireless connections. Unfortunately this router is no different than my previous routers. I purchased this since I thought my previous router was starting to fail but this one has the SAME issues! Everything that is hardwired works 100% of the time and doesn't lose connections but these janky wireless routers are constantly needing to be restarted (every 2-3 days). All devices hooked up to the wireless router will no longer have access to the internet until the router is rebooted. I have purchased 30-180 dollars routers and they ALL have the same issue. I always make sure the firmware is up to date.

This item worked great for the three months that it was working, but it suddenly died! We problem solved with the internet provider and discovered it was the unit. We confirmed that the unit was defective when we plugged in the old router and it worked, but this one did not. I called customer service and was told that I would need to pay to have a service technician to problem solve before the unit would be replaced because my 90 days was up almost 3 weeks prior. We were surprised that the company would not stand by their product. We chose not to pay the company to confirm a damaged item so that we could get an exchange. This technical support cost would not be refunded if the item was found to be defective by the technicians. This seemed silly to us since the product is covered by a one year warranty!

Purchased this unit after my other Linksys (had for many years) stopped working. The unit is nice, but the signal strength is weak. In a 2,500 sq ft home, single story, I had trouble with receiving a strong signal in many parts of the home. Greater issue on the back porch, or in the garage. I am taking back for a different brand Netgear WND3400 (v3). Seem like the same cost and features but with a much better signal range.

Very simple to set up and put in place. If it was to be used small house works very well but in a 2 floor house it does reach everywhere.

This was a very good purchase. I haven’t had any more trouble since I bought this item

This is a great router. I did have some installation issues, but was finally able to get it installed and it works great. I am very pleased with this product.

The router itself works well. It just stinks that we have only have one Internet Service Provider in my neighborhood and the best speed that we have isn't super!
