Very easy to use

Good performance and price

Does not have the latest Wi-Fi technology but is more than adequate from a compatibility perspective with most portable devices at this time.

Great router for the price

When installing to my computer, I had to call their customer service because I am not very computer savvy. The customer service rep talked me through the steps of getting it loaded onto my computer and she was very pleasant and patient.
