Old linksys was a good 7 years old, but also dual band, so I was only a little surprised to notice some increases in wireless speeds and distances despite the same setup location. The program that came with this didn't work at all, but the online user interface accessed via 192.168.1.1 made for an easy set-up if you have an mediocre grasp of technology. For dual band and gigabit port bang for your buck, this thing is perfect.
