Thank you for sharing your feedback on the Linksys EA3500. We would love to assist you with the challenge you're experiencing with your network. Try to plug a computer directly to the modem (no router in between) and check the stability of the modem's connection. If the modem's connection is good, upgrade the router's firmware. Works great, with a little effort to get it setup

This one allows me to setup a wired bridge to another router, which is what I needed. It serves my needs for now, but I would like better range. My old one was great, this one is lacking, and it also interferes with my TV cable signal if I put it too close (that wasn't an issue with the old one).

I have Clear (formerly ClearWire) for my home internet because it is only $35 a month. I also needed to hook up my new TiVo to the interned for the TV guide. Not only is it wireless, but it also has 4 either-net ports. So, now I have wireless for my iPhone and MacBook Pro, and either-net into my Tivo. I swear this thing actually boosts the Clear signal. Excellent!

It is best to check if you experience the same issue when directly connected to your modem, to make sure that it’s not a problem with the internet source. If the issue is the same, you might need to contact your provider. If the internet is stable from the source, then it is best to reset and configure the router again, this usually fixes the issue.
