The product is overall a good product. The initial setup did not work and when chatting with customer service via chat, they were not helpful at all. They came across rather rude once they could not figure out what was wrong. After updating information the connection went through successfully.

Even though it is a good router, I had a little difficulty when I was trying to install it.... It took me like 3 days and I had to do it with help from costumer service. But afterwards, it's been a good router so far.

This product is still not working correctly. Have tried dealing with support and cannot understand a thing they were saying at which point I was told they would call back within 15 minutes and I am still waiting!

I set the router up for a friend with a less than reliable cable Internet provider so I was concerned. The installation went quickly according to the instructions and I was able to access the wireless Internet with their new laptop in minutes. Linked in a wireless printer too.

Needed a faster router to support a growing number of high-bandwidth devices on our home network. This device's management interface strikes a nice balance between flexibility and simplicity, making it a dream to set up. Very happy with the throughput... All of our devices are performing nicely.

This product definitely met my expectations and was a breeze to install after some issues that needed to be worked out from my internet service provider.

For some reason, the setup disk would never find the router. I had to keep going back to the previous step and then forward again, in addition, to powering down/up the router, to try to get it to find it. I just chalked it up to a bad unit and returned it.

I live in a house of 6 people, and between all of us we have over 10 wireless devices that hook up at various times and this router handles them all with ease. It's a tad pricey for a router, but if you're going to hook up with more than 6 items, I believe that it's a solid choice.

Not one complaint from extended family. All were able to use wifi from their various tablets and phones, at the same time, without getting bumped off. Wish I had purchased this earlier. Would recommend to anyone who has 12+ people wanting to use the internet at the same time.

Could have used better documentation for setting up as a slave to the FIOS router and where to find the setting locations in the software. was able to complete set up and is now working well. Distance is not as good as best buy sales staff thought it might be.

I use this router in my apartment and share access with two others. We have at least 5 devices connected and have very little connection difficulties. I can watch Netflix without excessive buffering, so I'm happy!

We have a lot of devices that hook up wirelessly. We have experienced problems with multiple routers getting slow or booting a device off of the system. This router allows us to be wireless with all of our devices and we have not had any trouble with being booted off.

Price a bit high, and the set up router screen could be better organized. Not much improvement in range than with my old router. Works in upper floor at other corner of house, but with diminished signal. Not sure how that compares to other routers.

I live in a townhouse community so there are multiple signals from other routers. Occasionally, I have to find my signal from the network because other devices with show up on my computer. This has been the best of the routers I have purchased.
