Good For single level home

One day it stopped working so I thought I would upgrade to the newer version. Set up was easy, but I have setup multiple routers in the past. We have a split level home and have always had the routers in our basement. We get great connection to the WiFi on the lower level and levels directly above. However in the back rooms of the home no connection at all. Thought the upgraded to the new version would be something better, that was not the case. Will likely be returned and exchanged for a different router.
