Spent about 8 hours trouble shooting why the nodes would not display on the app. Spend about 2 hours with support who did not resolve the issue. I had to reset all nodes several times before al finally worked.

For a smooth setup, it's important to have the node closer to your phone/tablet first and the LED light should be solid purple. He recommended we go with a Dual-Band Mesh WiFi system due to our home having multiple smart home appliances. (Ring doorbell, nest thermostat, alexa, streaming devices, play-station) We could not be happier with our Velop Wifi system, it has improved our overall connectivity throughout all devices in our home. I highly recommend to anyone looking to customize their home Wifi!

The Velop solved that. Overall, we are very happy with the system (dual band). The units don’t reach quite as far as I hoped requiring a set of 3 for our brick walled house, but set up was simple and connectivity is solid.
