Our modem is set up in the basement and this limited what rooms we could access our signal. I don't know if it was something I did or not, but had to call LINKSYS support to set up the nodes as they just wouldn't work? Once they talked me through it, the system is working perfectly.

Your able to get a wired connection using any one of the 3 nodes which proves useful for 4k tvs and game consoles. But the best feature is Device Prioritisation, which insures whichever devices YOU want receive more bandwidth out of the dozen you may have.

We had a couple wifi extenders that were old and lived their useful life. So far easy to set up and no issues with connection and no buffering. Even mowing the lawn the coverage was good. Happy with the purchase. Like to thank the representative that guided us to this product.

Impossible Support
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased this for our AirBnB guest who works from home after hours as a vet. Setup seemed fairly easy but their support is horrible. Below is a summery of my calls to support over 2 days totaling more than 6 hours. I still don't have a system that works (relying on ISP provided router again...) and I would never by these again. One node failed for certain and I am pretty convinced 2 were bad. After 4 hours they issued a replacement for 1 node. When I called back to confirm that it was only for a single node and not all three they said that I would have to trouble shoot the other 2 separately. I had done this on my first call but only realized after the fact that they were only replacing 1. Two more hours and got disconnected. Purchased a new system yesterday, not worth my time to deal with Linksys. 5/16 four calls totaling 4 hours and 3 minutes, warranty replacement for one node issued 5/17 1 call at exactly 2 hours before I was put on hold and disconnected

Easiest WiFi system to setup

The Linksys app is a breeze to use and even walks you through of where to place your nodes for optimal coverage. The app continues to be a tool to monitor and adjust your WiFi network. These devices are high quality and very comparable to other mesh WiFi leaders such as Eero and Netgear Orbi.
