We now gave WiFi throughout our whole house. So happy!

Easy to install, the app walked us right through the process.

Everything seemed to be working great but for some reason lately I have been having issues with 1 node continually disconnecting from the main node and then staying off for a period of time.

We purchased this for our AirBnB guest who works from home after hours as a vet. Setup seemed fairly easy but their support is horrible. Below is a summery of my calls to support over 2 days totaling more than 6 hours. I still don't have a system that works (relying on ISP provided router again...) and I would never by these again. One node failed for certain and I am pretty convinced 2 were bad. After 4 hours they issued a replacement for 1 node. When I called back to confirm that it was only for a single node and not all three they said that I would have to trouble shoot the other 2 separately. I had done this on my first call but only realized after the fact that they were only replacing 1. Two more hours and got disconnected. Purchased a new system yesterday, not worth my time to deal with Linksys. 5/16 four calls totaling 4 hours and 3 minutes, warranty replacement for one node issued 5/17 1 call at exactly 2 hours before I was put on hold and disconnected

The Velop 3-pack setup was quick, meshing occured seamlessly and the coverage greatly improved WiFi usability where we previousl had blind spots and weak signal coverage in our home and on our property.

My WiFi was slow and buffered a lot. Now it runs awesome!

I had a little trouble setting it up. I had to restart several times. But once I got the first node completed the other 2 nodes were very easy. Only had it a week but so far the wifi coverage is great.

I talked at length to a young salesman (a sophomore Pellissippi State student majoring in IT at the Turkey Creek store) in the store, he was EXCELLENT. He help me solved my WiFi problem. He recommended the Velop System. It is super. I had already bought and returned 3 other routers that didn’t have enough capability of working.

Great whole house coverage without losing WiFi speed.

Velop is CRAP. It constantly goes offline. I've spent HOURS -- both with support (3 hours this last Sunday alone!) and 10x that on my own trying to make it work. One support guy says to separate my three bands (i.e. name them differently) and assign specific channels to each. And that worked -- until a few days later when it didn't. The next guy tells me that the first guy shouldn't have told me that! So we reset everything with just one name and auto-select channels. Of course, that meant going around the house and resetting wi-fi names. Twice now. And their software is equally bad -- for example, it shows a node "online" when I'm holding it unplugged in my hand. I've REALLY TRIED to make it work, but it's time to move on. And, of course, now it's just out of warranty (3 years). I just bought the Eero Pro 6 -- WHAT A DIFFERENCE! NO downtime! Very easy set-up. Huge pick-up in reception and speeds. Now 3 Eeros do much more than my 5 Velops did for our 4000 sf home.

Excellent buy for the price. Easy connect and set up.

I recently installed a new ring camera system in my home with ring doorbell and two cameras the WiFi router from Spectrum was inadequate due to the size of my home. With this product we were able to obtain download speeds over 200mps Linksys also walked me through the installation step by step. Excellent tech service

I found the Velop system to be very user friendly.
