We were having trouble with our TV so Spectrum has come 3 times and we lost the WiFi while the tech worked. I’d then have to reinstall when the WiFi booted back up.

This is an unusual behavior for the Velop system. Once configured, you should not need to reset the nodes. Allow us to have our Escalation Engineers contact you for further isolation and troubleshooting.

Strong signal for two story house

It worked well until the power when out and one of the nodes never worked again after that. Given how well the product had worked up until then I decided to buy a replacement node. This solution worked until there was an internet outage which somehow caused another node to break. Of the 5 nodes in total 2 no longer work. The quality of these products is abysmal and I would recommend would be buyers to look for other products.
