I read the instructions and set up the system as outlined in the app. What I didn't know is I had to add every connected item in my house to the Linksys network. I decided to try it out, and only added 2 items. To my surprise the signal strength was very low on these 2 items. I did a channel scan and the signal strength got worse. I called the Linkys 800 number waited 35 minutes for them to pick up and I got ahold of a very nice woman who I could not understand. She asked me many questions and I knew I was in trouble when I had to repeat the serial number over 4 times. I said B. She said C. I said no, B. She said C again. I then said Ball and she got it right. I said P. She said T. I said P. She said T. I finally had to say Paul for her to get it right. The service rep said I needed to hook a computer to my router. That was not easy as my router was not in the easiest place to reach. I finally hooked up my computer and she read off the web page to go to, and I could not understand what she was saying. After 10 minutes I got onto the web page. My router was receiving the correct upload and download speeds. I then was told to go to the Velop sight. I had to go to my node andget a number off the bottom of it and had to read the service rep the serial number. After about 40 minutes, I was told I had to reset the system. Now I had to make the remote node the main node.. Press the red button for 1 minute, wait for the lights to change and then do it over again because it did not work. Repeat process and it finally worked. I then had to setup my remote node, and had to reset it twice to work. Reset the nodes takes a great deal of time. After everything was done, my signal strength was no better than when I started. Today as I walked by the Node, it had a red light on. I could not think of calling the 800 number and going thru what I did the night before. Instead, I packed up the item and ran it to Federal Express to get my money back. I am sure the system works well in most homes, but in my home I could not get it to work. In addition, I am a very patient person, but working with a customer service rep who was difficult to understand is not acceptable. Luckily I had 2 Tylenol to take after the call.

I will be honest, I was very apprehensive about what the reviews said but after settine it up I am sold.

The set up was easy. The coverage seems great. I have no "dead zones" now, where there were once a couple.

Just got this WiFi system for Christmas. It works very well and is a huge improvement over my old router.

Easy setup and great wifi throughout home. Nightlight in master bedroom now too from unit in that room.

Works well throughout the entire house without any issues from what I can tell so far.

Took me a while to set up but so far working well. Just had to figure out with my thick walls in the house.

Installation was a breeze. The app lead me through the process and I got it right the first time.

I am able to get WiFi anywhere in my home! Couldn't get that with my Comcast equipment. Thanks!

The setup was very simple, but I measured the download speeds before and after installation and it has only once been as fast on one occasion and usually almost half the speed as before. I am considering returning.

The wifi system took less than 15 minutes to setup and it works perfectly, out of the box.

Great coverage with just 2 nodes for 3200 sq ft. Would definitely recommend this system.

It solved the problems that I have over the spotted signals through out the house.

It works as advertised. Initial signal strength issues by Spectrum replacing their modem.

One network name simplifies everything and it works perfectly for my smart devices.

So far the best wifi system , linksys keep building the best products.

Did not have internet access upstairs but after installation my access is great
