Upon resetting the Linksys WHW0103 to its default settings, make sure that the node is connected to a power source and turned ON, then press and hold the Reset Button at the bottom of the device for 6 seconds. The LED will turn red and fade in three pulses. Make sure not to release the button until the light goes out and then turns bright red. Email us then at [email protected] if you observe the same occurrence so we can have our Escalation Engineers assist you further. The Velop system is expected to stay connected as long as there's a stable connection from the modem. Try running the channel finder and update the firmware. If that won't help, get in touch with us at [email protected] so we can have our Escalation Engineers isolate the setback.
