Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not sure if it’s Xfinity or the Velop system , I live in a 3200 Sq foot home and have 6 nodes placed throughout my home ,I have 2 on each floor and open floor plan . I’m constantly having to completely reset the parent node , I’ve spent about 5hrs with Linksys tech support. My internet is slow and remains spotty . I’ve hardwired direct into the individual nodes now because with is ok at best . I want to like the system and maybe it’s because returning 6 nodes to 2 different stores is a pain . Smaller home and less dependency on the system and will be better . I probably will not purchase again . Netgear CM1200 modem used with Velop system

Try to isolate the challenge by connecting a computer directly into the modem and observe if you get a stable connection. If yes, check if the Velop nodes are utilizing the latest firmware and try running the channel finder. We found out it's possible to hook it up incorrectly and it will still "work" just not very well. Pay attention to what you're plugging in.
