My internet connection was horrible and I was teaching from home. Fortunately, a tech at Best Buy recommended this system and my whole online "life" changed drastically. In my 3500 square foot home, this is all I need as a router. I quickly returned the router we had back to the company and I throughly enjoy our internet now even with a child who is constantly on the tablet and husband who streams everything!

I used to have lots of WiFi blind spots but since switching to Velop I have great coverage every where in the house!

Live in a 2,700 stone house with 2 floors. For the first few months these worked really well. However over the last couple the 2 "satellite" nodes disconnect/unpair often enough to make the network unreliable. Setup was easy, however dealing with the nodes disconnecting often require using the APP to repair, rather than having the nodes fix themselves. Why these things disconnect? No clue. There hasn't been any change to location or interference since initial setup. I have thought about getting wifi extenders, but for a system i spent $300, I am concerned any add-on will be just as unreliable. Giving an average rating because some internet is better than no internet, I guess.....

I live in roughly a 3000 sq ft household and found that the signal wasn't very stable. I believe this is due to having so many walls. I returned this for a different product. However, I highly suggest purchasing this product and run some internet speed tests around your home to see if it stable and fast for you. The extra ethernet ports under the nodes are nice for a direct connection.

Had issues with Orbi and switched over to Velop. So far no issues and great coverage without WiFi dropping out.

it took almost 9 hours over a 2 day period working with the tech support folks to get all 3 nodes recognized and functioning . . uploaded the app several times, rebooted several times, etc. . . a bit of a nightmare in that regard . . . for $600 one might think it would be "plug-and-play" but definitely was not . . .but once it was all put together and (after many failed attempts) the diagnostic routine was completed, we now have by far the best wireless ever. I was looking for a great new network for the 3 story town home we live in. The cable modem and the wifi network provided by Spectrum wasn't cutting it. The network as step by step but, you have to know a little about such things to troubleshoot as the network is setting up. The router had to set into "bridge mode" before the system would work at optimum efficiency. It works very well. Just make sure the speed of the service is 200mps plus or its a waste of time for streaming 4k content etc.

Have had them since early July, 2019. So far, am very pleased. Much improved coverage throughout our home.

I replace my old wi-fi with these and I could not be happier. My old wi-fi was great but old and in need of replacement. I also did not get the coverage I needed. With this Tri-Band Mesh system. I now have whole house covered even the basement. I even get a great signal in the vey back of my yard. I am very happy with my purchase. Setting the system up is almost too easy. Awesome!

So I returned the Orbi setup (satellite issue) and tried this Linksys. No problems & simple to setup / operate.
