Was using the Apple AirPort Extreme router before, which worked great, but I read that mesh wireless systems were now way better. I bought the Velop system because Apple recommended it. Unfortunately after I installed them the nodes would randomly drop. I kept the Apple Airport connected for comparative troubleshooting. Every time the Velop system crashed but the Apple was still working. I called Linksys customer support and they kept stating my internet connection was bad and I need to call their customer service. I tried to explain to them that the Apple Airport system was working properly, and that it was the Velop system. No luck with customer support. I returned the Velop system to Best Buy and bought something else.
