The main Linksys in my den works ok, but the other 2 keep going out! We have to keep taking the 2 back to the den & reprogram them. I guess I go back to Best Buy and use the warranty I bought & get new ones.

Can no longer recommend the Velop due mainly to the fact that Linksys doesn't support their products adequately and intermittent issues should have been worked out by now.

I was on the phone with Linksys support for over 2 hours, well into the night. On the positive side, the person was nice and we finally got this working; on the negative side, I was not expecting to need to do that. The enclosed instructions were abysmal. I work in software and can read instructions, when they're provided. This was a very painful experience, and am hoping this never gets messed up because I guess I'd have to call customer service again, given the lack of documentation. So... that it finally works and has stayed up is very good, but my nervousness about ever having to deal with this again makes this a "meh." Depending on your patience, you might want to have Best Buy do the install if you get this?

Overpriced Mesh System

The 3 nodes were supposed to cover a house the size of mine. I have found the mesh coverage spotty at best and I wish I had invested in one of the other systems. I do like the ability to manage all of the devices in my home with the smart phone app.

We can isolate the issue by making sure that the firmware is up to date. You can also power cycle the device or try switching the nodes as a workaround and see if there are changes with the performance. We can have our Escalation Engineers to further assist you.
