I have to restart the app to complete the configuration. Product with such a price should supported by stronger application. Also, I can block a website, but can't see what websites are visited and by whom.

A firmware update was necessary when I went to install this on my computer. I had to call the support line to get help. It took three hours before I was able to get this system operational. The technician was very helpful and patient.

nodes disconnect and have to be restarted frequent

The HUGE draw back is the claim that it gets 2200 mbps (that is only if your internet speed it around 7400 mbps or 7 gbps speed). The wi-fi speed drops considerably when connecting to the 2.4GHz speed, compared to the 5GHz. The RANGE of the 5GHZ is about 10 feet and does not go through walls very well. Were lucky to get 5GHz speed if you are 8 feet away from the Node and maybe one wall between us & the node. Our speeds at 800 mbps (wired) are around 120 mbps at 2.4 GHz and at 220 GHz at 5GHz. Not sure I would recommend this product based on the claims and price, I would go with a router that has larger range at higher GHz.

Please know that the 5 GHz band has a shorter range compared to a 2.4 GHz band. Because in radio frequencies, the higher the frequency the shorter its range. Also, actual data throughput may depend on the mix of wireless products used and external factors, and the standard transmission rates for each node are 867 Mbps (for each 5 GHz radio), 400 Mbps (for 2.4 GHz). However, we suggest you WHW0303B run the Spot Finder that recommends the best placement of your nodes to provide the most coverage and fastest speeds throughout your home, and make sure to use the updated version of the firmware. Update us with its behaviour though email at [email protected] with your contact info and the link of this review for reference, so we can have you assisted further by our Escalation Engineers.
