Owned for 10 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the 3 pack $499.00 about 3 years ago, at about 2 years old one of them took a dump so I quickly ran to Best Buy and bought the new 2 pack (WHW0303) $299.00 so we wouldn't have any interruptions in the house. Linksys honored the warranty after lots of explaining and I did have a copy of the receipt so that helped. I quickly shipped the one back that broke, and they promptly sent me a new one. The new node they sent seems to lose connection frequently from the others...shows "offline" then I have to reconnect it again, this is a weekly experience, just today 3/27/2020 not quite 4 years old another one of my older nodes stopped working, which prompted me to write this review. I think this is very expensive for something that gives you so much hassle for the price. Maybe if all the nodes were the same model it would work better. I expect my last older node to stop working anytime now, just expect that when the warranty is up, most likely you will need to invest in a new system, you may get lucky and get 4 years out of them. Their customer service is horrible, setting up the nodes was easy, warranty is average, I don't feel you are getting what you pay for. Their international customer service is HORRIBLE, you may sit on hold or they can call you back but once they call you back and if it disconnects while getting the support they close out your ticket and of course don't call you back. I would not recommend this item and I wouldn't buy it again. I hope this review helps with your decision making. I really wish they worked better...Oh yes, one more thing, it will also say you are connected to wifi but you really aren't. Good luck.

The wireless connection through the Velop system should be stable once it is configured. You may try using the Channel Finder feature through the app and observe the connection. One of the nodes was DOA. Linksys customer service couldn't send me just one white node.. only a black one which I thought was ridicules. Best Buy was great and I returned for a Netgear Orbi
