I purchased the system because our home is two story and large and was not providing wifi throughout. The initial set up was easy and within 20 minutes it was providing 3 bars throughout the house. Then SCE had a power outage and it went down. Talked to Brandon in Thousand Oaks store and he clearly explained the parallel workings of the Velops with my inadequate provider modem.. Set it up again, less than 20 minutes this time, and it has been perfect ever since.

I've tried a couple others and hands down this is easy to set up, as well as always works. Especially for town homes.

I would rate this router on top next to the netgear orbit. Its fast and maitains the wifi speed throughout the house.

This is a great product. We have a 4,000 square foot home and our cable modem was set up in our living room. WiFi was not reaching out finished basement or second floor bedrooms. This has changed everything. Great connections and speed where we otherwise had nothing. I'm very pleased. Our experience in the store was awesome. Chris was fantastic helping us navigate options. We weren't even there to buy help for our WiFi. We were looking at drones.

This wifi home system is really cool. It will send wifi through the house to wherever you are using the most devices so it utilizes it better. It has a blocker so no outside devices interfere with your services, we live by a school which affects our wifi in the am and after school. This system will last for about 20 years because the technology is so advanced. If there is ever any problem, the system will detect it, send a report to Linksys and fix itself!

After installing the the Velop the internet does not lag anymore, I can stream videos in any part of my home.

I have been looking at mesh wifi systems for awhile. I almost bought the Google system, then read a review that it was not designed for large homes. All the reviews on the Linksys Velop convinced me that this was the right one. A little pricey, but worth a try. I am paying for 150mps through Comcast and was only getting 25mps in the farthest rooms. Since I activated the Velop I am getting 179mps in the same room I was getting 25mps. Very pleased.

I came from a pretty good router already: the Nighthawk AC1900. It wasn't bad by any means...but I started expanding my smart home systems and it wasn't able to take the increasing load of my devices. So I started to look for the next best thing and that when I found the linksys Velop. I loved the integration with Alexa and ability to easily create guest networks and control what devices are on the network and kick out devices that don't belong.

Setup of the system was fairly easy after a couple retries and it is extremely fast with a strong signal.
