Very quick and easy setup and good customer service.

Linksys Velop is fast, but the install is time consuming and needs to be repeated many times before success, range of nodes is only 45 feet is not disclosed unless contacting Linksys technical support, nodes need to be programmed in the same room as first node/router before moving secondary node to a permanent location and then again reprogrammed,

I have probably 30 devices at all times connected to my WiFi and was adding some out door cameras and new I needed to upgrade my router. I was looking at mesh router systems and found the Velop system to stand out among the competition. I purchased this and set it up and setup my camera and I have had zero problems so far. I am very pleased with this purchase!

This mesh system has worked great for the past year. I have a large spacious house and this system has made a world of difference. Then other day I started having problems with speed. I called customer service and they diagnosed and helped me fix the problem quickly. Very impressed. Well worth the money.

Has used previous nighthawk equipment and had spotty wifi thru the house, but with this new velop system it fixed the issue completely. I'm very happy with the product. It works great! easy to set up.

The first time I setup the router it did not work well. After being frustrated I called Linksys support and we re-did the entire setup. The key is to keep running the channel optimizer periodically. There are so many wireless devices today that you need to do this to keep the channels from conflicting with other devices.

Just replaced the old router with this one, downloaded the app and followed the instructions. The only hiccup I had was connecting the second node. It wouldn't turn on or light up. After repeatedly pressing the reset and plugging the node in and out, it finally decided to turn on. After that no problems. And the connectivity is great.

I recently moved and changed modems which caused a few hiccups when setting up my WiFi network. Linksys tech support was awesome in assisting me with several changes to my setup to in order to get things up and running. Velop is hands-down the best WiFi mesh on the market and has tremendous range and stability.

Bought the Velop three pack after seeing high ratings. I just moved and installed the system, installation was easy, however after a day I noticed that my internet connection kept dropping, wife was complaining about dropping connection. I went through all the troubleshooting steps, and it didn't help. Checked online and found bunch of people are having same issue. It's unbelievable that a $400 wifi router would be this bad. Unfortunately I passed the 15 day return period as I just installed it and I'm stuck with it. Powered it off and started using my ISP wifi and haven't had any issues. Very disappointed. Wish I would have bought it at Costco so I could have returned it.

This product was easy to set up and is wicked fast in terms of WiFi speed as measured by Speedtest.net. After it was up and running successfully, I had a question about wired LAN throughput and the Linksys support line was helpful and quickly escalated my case to level 2 support at no charge. Best tech support ever!
