Troubleshooting did not help any. Could never figure out why it stopped working, so we returned it for a netgear. Netgear is awesome, I do not recommend Linksys.

Try updating the Velop system's firmware to achieve its maximum efficiency. Also, make sure to isolate if all the nodes are affected or just isolated to one or two. It did expand the range, but definitely not worth slowing down every device in the house, plus it only had a 2.4 band.

I have owned this for 8 months and I absolutely regret purchasing this system and wish I could get my money back. I spent too much time trying to make this work. Constant loss of connection and headaches. The app is awful. I have to reset my password almost every time I log in, which is just to figure out why my network is down. I will have to try and sell this on ebay to try and recoup a little of the money i wasted on it and will be searching for a new wifi system. I am at my wit's end.

Typically they give excellent recommendations, but in this case this product was not great, so I returned it. I recently upgraded to the Eeros velop extenders and hope they do better.
