It worked great for a few days then lost cable connection and had to restart each pod again. Ok 30 minutes instead 3 hours, good thing my memory worked because the tricks I learned on the phone are not in any written directions. Worked good again for a week or so then I unplugged the great head pod to move things around and it lost all the settings! I had to start from scratch to setup up the network again!?! I have Never spent so much time on a router. Thinking about that 45 minutes to set it up again I decided that I couldn’t keep wasting so much time so I returned it. Whew! I got a new router, set it up in 5 minutes and have no problems at all. I asked the tech during that 3 hr. call why it was taking so long, since I had read so many great reviews on the ease of setup and she said, “we never know how each pod will respond, maybe your house is too small”. What? Pay a hefty sum of cash folks (comparatively speaking) and Roll The Dice!

The Velop System should provide a stable connectivity if the firmware is up-to-date and the nodes are properly configured and positioned. We understand your decision in returning the product, however, we'd be glad if you will provide your phone number and the link to this post at [email protected] for us to have a better understanding of your issue so this won't happen again.
