They all stated it was great and I saw no issues like the one I am having. I had high hopes and was looking forward to fast reliable Wifi for my home and office. The start up process takes about 30 - 40 minutes first time through using a blue tooth app on your cell. A little cumbersome but would be OK if you only had to do it once. I have had this product for 3 weeks and we have had 4 small power blips during that time. EVERY time the power goes down this unit will not recover. I have had a Linksys little blue box for 8 years and NEVER had an issue except when it became a bottleneck in my home/ office WiFi System. The biggest problem with the failure to come back on is that the unit's two nodes have to be completely reset to factory settings and the entire system restarted from the initial set up. This process is much more time consuming than the original set up because the nodes cannot be located until you run through a few times and then they cannot find the internet signal from the Wifi for a few times. It takes anywhere from 1 - 2 hours to work through the "reboot". This is perhaps one of the worst products I have ever purchased and the ONLY issue is the failure to come back on line after an outage but this is an ENORMOUS issue! I then googled this issue and found dozens of people having the same problem. Stay away from Velop until Linksys gets this issue fixed - if they ever do. Just to add - Velop works great when it is on line.

This is definitely not the experience we want for our customers. Once power is restored on the Velop nodes, it should immediately recognize and reconnect to your internet connection.
