SUPER Buggy and inconsistent

My wife and I work from home and are finding it impossible to rely on the speed of the network being delivered through this mesh network. I am paying for 400 MBPS, and rarely get much above 100MBPS via WiFi with my computer that is 3 feet away from the main node. When I plug into the modem or into the 2nd port on the main node - I am up around 450+ MBPS....when I immediately unplug and turn on WiFi - back down to 100. I have spent nearly 3 hours with customer service rebooting and resetting numerous times to no avail. I have been escalated to level 2 - and have not been able to connect with them after 4 days. This sucks - I paid $400 to be frustrated.
