Kept dropping one of the parts and having to reconnect. Our house isn't so large that this should have been occurring.

However, too often I still have a node that loses connection and I have some weak areas still inside my home.

It's odd that the Velop System is giving you such challenges when it comes to connection stability and coverage. Our Escalation Engineers would like to take a closer look at your experience and help you figure out what's causing these challenges to happen. Indicate a small but brief description of your network topology and their LED statuses when they lost connection from the network.
