I was waiting for a long time to replace my WIFI and router. This product has eliminated all the bottlenecks in supporting 23 wireless devices. All of our streaming traffic is now flowing without issues. And the best feature is that the nodes act as a wireless mesh allowing for one continuous coverage area. Even better, the units are load aware so it is able to efficiently balance traffic.

Works great and was easy to setup. Highly recommend!

Setup in under an hour for all 3 units. If I find a deadspot I can add another in minutes.

Connectivity is really messed up in my case. My current modem and my current router has no problems with connectivity and my current router is not doing any frequent connection drops. It's just my current router has limited coverage range so I tried to upgrade. But as soon as I switch my modem to this router, the router takes forever to establish a connection. After finally doing the configuration multiple times, in less than 2 hours the system start dropping the connection. I guess if it works first time with the modem, this router might be a smooth device but in my case, it got very frustrating in spending time each time to figure out why the router dropped connection especially when this system stands at a $300 price point.

We had been looking at this for a while, and our old router started acting finicky...so we bit the bullet and bought the Velop system. It's not cheap, but results are excellent. All of the formerly dead spots in the house are gone, I can be on WiFi in our detached garage, and the WiFi speed at all our computers nearly doubled. Set up took about an hour, but was fairly easy.

4000sq ft to cover. Didn’t try 2 extenders as this network theoretically covers better. This later looked like #2 in the between node ranges we need and $100 more. Does okay - only 2-3 bars on and devices anywhere, even right next to a node. A fair amount of etimes devices simply don’t change to a closer know, which doesn’t seem smart. Wonder if another would have been better.

My house is long, so going from end to end has been an issue. I updated to GIG-Fiber internet and I needed something that could maximize that. So far this has been very good. It does have an issue getting past my chimney but it's only a slower speed, not a complete loss. My Set up is linear so for that it works great.

I have been using the velop system for two months now and am blown away by the consistency of speed on all the wireless devices on my network. It was a cinch to set up too, dispite what some reviews have said. I understand people have not liked the fact that there isn't a web based application for the system, but the mobile app has really awesome features like naming devices and offering priority devices. Love this system!
