Great product! It fixed my wifi issues with my house that has old plaster walls but with this I now have wifi throughout the house. I am very happy with the performance and results.

I have owned this system since July, 2018 and I have not experienced anything great but constant drop-outs and restarts from the app. I have attempted to reach the customer support via email and from within the app as well and I am left on my own each and every time. It's a great concept to extend connectivity for most areas of the home and I do have a very fast and reliable network provider, but this device does not perform to its full potential.

Set up is complicated. Connection to the internet and responding to multiple questions required. Then because they did not tell me that I could not have my previous network running concurrently I had to spend a full hour with one of their representatives to get the system to work. THEN after less than 24 hours, the new system crashed. Another full hour with a representative finally got the new system back up and it has functioned well since then-about a month ago. Before this system I had two networks operating at the same time without problems.

a little too soon to see if there will be any problems but so far the Velop seems to work well.. periodically check the app to see if all is good... after the short amount of time I've had it, no complaints..

We had problems throughout my home with the wifi not reaching certain parts of the home and now with this system we are able to use the wifi anywhere in the home without interruption.

I purchaed these for my parents and they seem to love them. They weren't the easiest to setup but once I contacted customer service they had me up and running in no time !

WiFi everywhere and not skipping out. It has improved my ability to stay online everywhere in my house. Why rent one from your service provider if you can own it yourself?

What a great system! No more multiple routers/extenders having separate passwords. Now it'se a seamless connection between towers. I was even able to use the app from over seas to make some changes for use of my Slingbox. LOVE IT...

Great mesh router at a good price. WiFi 6 was too expensive but this one wasn’t. Check to see which is cheaper (black or white) if the color does not matter to you.

Love the concept of Mesh. It works great then doesn’t work at all. Not sure if it’s my internet provider or this system? Just been having problems last 6 months or so.

Works like a champ for the price. For those that don’t have access to fiber internet, this is the next best thing. There are no dead spots in my home. Highly recommend.

Pain in the rear to set up. But the customer service worked diligently to get the system set up. Been online for a few weeks now. Absolutely zero issues. Am very happy with the system

System works Great. My electronics challenged girlfriend set this system up by herself and loves the symplicity of the app to control her kids use. She has had over 25 devices connected at a time and never had a drop connection.

Purchased these to replace my airport extremes and these were a breeze to set up. My network runs faster and is more reliable then it has ever been. I recommend these if you are looking for wireless mesh network.

The system works great except one cell goes off line in an area of the house that is farther away. It doesn't always recognize the system. Otherwise it works great!

This is difficult to install. There are no clear detailed instructions. You are supposed to rely on their 'app' to do all the work, but you can't go back and make changes. Took me best part of two days to get it done. Coverage isn't a whole lot better than what I had (modem and router). Says each unit will cover up to 2000 sq. ft. My house isn't a lot bigger than that but it has difficulty covering the whole thing. I will say it looks better than the cables I had strung through the kitchen, though.

i like this a lot. my old wifi was out of date and i was looking for a new one. this was suggested for my house and i was given this as a suggestion from best buy tech.very happy.

Works pretty well, definitely better than my SOHO w/an extender. Individual nodes will lose connection randomly and then reconnect after a couple of minutes.

I don't have the biggest of houses, but a 2 pack of these bad boys covers my one-and-a-half story 2700 sq ft. home and then some. Bonus: I did not even think about swearing during the setup. Easy as can be!

Very happy with this wifi solution. I had a great stand alone router that just couldn't cover my entire home, especially for wireless cameras. and these provided great coverage.
