A red light could mean that there’s an interruption from the ISP’s connection. We recommend checking this out and if the connection directly from the modem is fine, you may want to check if the node is too far from the other node that it connects to.

Not able to carry the high speed internet 1G without dropping. My house isn’t more that 2500 sq dingle level of that helps. I would not recommend if you’re needing to maintain speeds and provide coverage. Speed a little more to get better.

Each node in the wireless system provides a range of up to 2,000 square feet. Thus, we must also consider physical obstructions and frequency interference from other devices. Thus, relocating the nodes and running the channel finder would help us isolate the concern. Thank you for sharing your feedback. It is possible that signal interference is the cause of the intermittent connection between Velop nodes. You can try to bring them closer to check if that improves the connection. Also, make sure that the firmware is up to date.

I bought 2 more and was still having issues so I bought 2 more... 6 seems to be the breaking point and there are special config issues. Warning, read support reviews on Linksys website. There are lots of upset clients. Mine is finally working now but that is after many hours of dealing with support.
