Each Velop Node is capable of boosting your Wi-Fi range up to 2,000 square feet. To ensure that your entire house is getting a strong Wi-Fi signal, you may try re-positioning the child nodes or you may use your Velop's channel finder feature that will help you select the channel with the least amount of traffic for each node. I don't seem to have great wifi coverage and they seem to go on and offline frequently. For this expensive price, I was hoping it would be seamless. I don't know if there is something I can do to improve my signal strength or not and customer service was mediocre at best.

We appreciate your feedback on our products. There could be multiple factors to what is causing the intermittent connection and the limited coverage. Make sure that the firmware is up to date, and that the nodes are not too far apart so that they can share a solid signal.
