Great system. Setup was relatively easy and the coverage/speed is perfect in a 4000 sf home. My only wish would be to have more instructions in the box about setup. I had to setup in bridge mode to work with an existing router, which required a bit of googling. This is a great product to provide complete coverage in large homes. I recommend buying, but do look for it to be on sale.

I've really enjoyed this since I bought it. It still has some bugs, but overall I have much better coverage throughout my home and am utilizing 5 GHz much better than previously.

The setup of the Linksys Velop took longer and was more frustrating than I had thought when I bought it. It is quite finicky and the problem is made worse because you must use the Linksys application to set it all up. I'm sure there are folks that have no problem with the setup, but for them, every step must've gone perfectly. It took me a couple of hours to finally get it to work. Had to restart the setup process multiple times. Also keep in mind that if you have a router currently and you have things plugged directly into it, you may want to consider keeping the router and using it as a bridge, or a hub. Each of these nodes have one port that "theoretically" can have something attached to it, but I couldn't get it to work. Like my Philips Hue lighting hub... Plugged it into one of the nodes and nope... Didn't work. I also have an Xfinity security hub that had to be plugged in. That didn't work either. I setup my old Linksys router as a bridge though, and its working fine. And once everything was setup properly, and all plates were "spinning" at once, I've had zero issues and magnificent router signal throughout my entire house. I really am extremely satisfied with the results.

I was continually having coverage issues with the Netgear Nighthawk AC1750 Router, so after considerable research and reviews I decided to purchase the Velop AC2200 three node system. I did wait until it went on sale at BB! After downloading the Linksys app things moved very smoothly. I had read reviews to setup using the same network name to avoid resetting each devise (8), it helped, Also it was recommended to set up the Wi-Fi first, then any hardwired devises. That worked as well. I did have one problem in that the router did not recognize a devise. I called support, the phone was answered in a timely manner, I could understand the tech person, and they even stood by while I reset a few things. The customer support was excellent! There was even a followup wanting my input on the service. With all that being said, the Velop covers all the previous dead spots. I am very satisfied and I have not been compensated for this review...

The one issue I had with the device was the firmware was of an older version. Spent many hours with tech support to get this resolved. However once it was set up the performance was excellent. We have a spread out house ,ranch, with people using it on both levels basement and first floor. Can handle multiple gaming people on the Internet at the same time without any slow down.

Bought these because aftermarket range extenders just plain don't work. This system does work well though, at least after one month. I get full bars from everywhere in my house.

Covers my property well which includes an 80 ft + long rancher with attic bedroom and attached garage and a 3 bay detached garage with in-law suite. Occasionally a node drops but usually problem is with the ISP. Discovered there is no way to turn off the 2.4 GHz or the 5 GHz networks independently. I bought an Ecovacs Deebot M88 Robotic Vacuum and can't use the app because it won't hook up with the 5 GHz on. Linksys suggested I hook up another 2.4 GHz router via Ethernet cable to the Velop for just the vacuum to use. Hopefully they'll recognize the error of their ways and write firmware to allow disabling one network or the other. Putting different names on the 2.4 and 5 GHz networks didn't work nor did removing a space from the network names. Can't speak to the connectivity of any other robotic vaccums. I had read on Amazon that someone had got it to hook up by disabling their mesh router's 5 GHz networks and re-enabling the 5 GHz after connecting the vac on 2.4 GHz network alone. Continued to work with 5 GHz network re-enabled

I have set these devices up in a number of homes. The app is easy to use. Easy to setup. If you can find the sweet spot for each node, the your speed will be perfect. A few suggestions when setting up... initially set them up about 20 feet away. Get them all up and running and then update firmware. Then move satellite nodes to other location. Try to use an app like wifi analyzer to find a location that gives between a -60 to -70 on 5g band from an active node. This will be the sweet spot for a node. Streaming live tv through ps vue with 3 concurrent streams through out home is flawless. I highly recommend these devices.

This product was easy to install. The phone app was quite self explanatory and didn’t take much time at all to get set up. I have still had a few internet problems, but it’s hard to know if that is my internet provider or if this product isn’t fully helping, but regardless I’d say my problems have decreased greatly!!

I have a 2700 square foot house and I went way over kill and bought the three pack. Running the speed test connected to the router that was being used as a bridge was exactly the same speed at being connected to my modem directly. Zero speed loss anywhere in my home. I didn’t believe is so I ran it multiple times with multiple devices. I pay for 300 mb internet. Routinely running 343 mb speeds on the secondary routers. The only problem is sometimes you lose connection and have to unplug both the router and the modem to reset. This has happened 2-3 times in the last month.

i've using routers and wifi extenders for over 10 years and this is the first arrangement that covers my house at 100% with enough power and speed to consider very close to a direct connection ro my router/switch. I will test the next generation (wifi 6) soon and I hope similar or even better results but as of now we are very satisfied with the performance.

I bought the 3-node system to cover the 2500 sq. ft. of the house. Setting that node up was very easy using their app, I did try initially a location that was a bit too far and the system made me move it to a spot that it links up easily with the first node. I now have better range and faster speeds. Would recommend this to a friend

I bought this to replace my Netgear Nighthawk which by all means it was great however I recently bought more wifi products and my speeds started to drop the further away I was from the box it self. The set up is more lengthy than other boxes but once I had it up and running it was good to go. I pay for 150mbps speeds and I started to receive 179mbps which is great! I started to add even more products and started to test my speed all over the house to see if it had any dead spots but it kept testing at 179! Which I was surprised! The app it self gives you a lot of different things to view at ranging from the number of devices concted to speed test and even parental controls for a specific device which is something new coming from a netgear user. It also lets you make a internet schedule for specific device which works for my house house as we have a house daycare and it helps keeps the computers the kid uses safe and on the internet on certain times. The only flaw I have found till now is that it does not throw out 2 wifi signals for example my netgear would show standard signal and then the 5G band, what this device does is select what would be the best for the location you are at your house which I have to admit is pretty smart. Overall I’m very happy to buy this vs the google home wifi which I kept reading looses its speed the further away you are from the devices. I also was going to try the erro how ever it, it being a single company and competing vs all these big companies things could be shut down and support for the product would be gone.

This system was worth every penny...I was able to get rid of my Verizon FiOS router and connect my entire 5k sq ft house to the same network without having 2 separate networks. It was so simple to install and my connection speeds actually went up. Recommended to a friend and my friend liked it as well...def happy w/ this purchase. Also enabled me to cut the chord and save over $100/mo on cable.

Came from eero three pack this systems app doesn't compare but its performance does outclass eero's nodes. The better coverage and beam forming really make this a superior device
