Great product. The two mesh nodes have a great reach for Wi-Fi service

Had a problem with slow Internet speed call tech-support help me right through it bad cable . They actually stand behind their product !

So many problems solved with this installation. Wish I had it long time ago.

I had issues setting up my Velop system. I called customer support, spoke to Loby, she was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and spent nearly and hour on the phone with me getting my nodes set up. The first one I tried to set up was defective as a master, but was able to use it as slave. Loby stayed on line with me until I had everything working.

I have had to reset them to factory defaults to get a decent speed. I have very few devices on the wifi network, by having a switch and a LAN connection to every room in the house to smart TVs. The Wifi signal Bars are always all the way there but the speed is an issue. I pay for 100MBPS speed but I can not get one of my chromecasts to have a decent stream from HBO Go

Easy to setup and technical support team is knowledgeable and super patient. I would highly recommend this product.

Before our new Linksys routers we couldn't get internet in our master bedroom. We love having internet in every room in the house now.

The Linksys nodes make for wide area of coverage. I have node had any issue with connectivity eith any device.

We have tried everything, and continue to have MAJOR problems with the Velop. For such an expensive system, it's very painful to think about giving up and writing off the expense. Our issues: dropped and inconsistent connections, devices connecting to the furthest node, nodes will intermittently have a dribble of bandwidth. Support suggested that it was just a buggy firmware update causing our problems, and that we should wait for the update. After that didn't work, we thought it might be that bodes could connect reliably through walls, and now have five nodes. Same problems - incredibly disappointed and wish I'd found a review that would point me in a better direction.

I HAVE COMCAST AND COULD NOT GET IT TO WORK GOOD. AFTER INSTALLING LINKSYS VELOP, THINGS HAVE BECOME STABLE AND REACHES FARTHER.

The performance of the Linksys AC2200 router (misnamed by Linksys as a "AC6600" if you buy three). is adequate but not impressive when compared to the Apple AirPort Extreme towers. I had thought I would replaced my APEs and would have likely kept the Velops as the performance was not much less than the APEs if the Velop had the homekit capability it promised. As it sits, no home kit... they were returned. Better performance, better range, and better network management with the APEs which were built before the whole "mesh" craze hit and still outperform the mesh routers by far. If you don't have Apple AirPort Extreme towers or time machines, then this is a decent product. If your internet connection doesn't exceed 500Mb/s then you would be better off with the Eeros with HomeKit compatibility and access points half the physical size.

Check out the Linksys forums....there are thousands of people who have connectivity issues that cannot be solved with advanced tech support. Buyer beware....this system has a known issue that Linksys can't solve. At any given time, multiple devices will drop from the network and won't reconnect for 30 minutes or more. If you want to spend 12+ hours on the phone with Linksys tech support (nice people by the way), then take the leap. Otherwise, buy something else.
