I bought two three packs for our large house based on what the Best Buy In Home rep suggested. It works great with multiple people using wifi in house.

Velop home wifi did its job, whole house coverage. Easy install for a novice.

Need a WiFi router that would cover our home. All reviews chose the Velop so I decided to give it a try even though it was one of the most expensive. Setup was a breeze, you download the Linksys app on your smartphone and activate each node. Less than 15 minutes to install. WiFi speed was 4 times faster at the far ends of the house.

Have good coverage throughout my house and the speed is steady

Spectrum Internet’s router was too weak for our larger 4000 sft. home. We cut the cable cord and instead, love streaming 24/7 via Playstation Vue. Our home also heavily relies upon constant wireless connectivity, which was extremely difficult with Spectrum’s router. We purchased this system for our multilevel home and the results are Instantaneous, Awesome and Fast.

I have been pretty happy with the Velop by Linksys.one of the bedrooms in my home was basically a dead zone and it seems to have solved the problem. Overall, seems to be increasing the WiFi signal, although some device seem to have a hard time staying connected to the Velop. More likely user error or antiquated device. Very solid purchase!

Purchased this to better manage my rural broadband (whopping 3Mbps connection) for use with WiFi calling from my cell phone provider. Goal was to get a mesh network that allowed me to prioritize a device (up to 3) over others. This does just that. am now ale to make and hold Wifi calls without any major issues. The quirk to this system is that it seems to not have a good algorithm for "directing" devices to the stronger signal station. It hasn't affected my connections, esp with only 3Mbps bandwidth, but it's at least worth noting that. The app is pretty intuitive, and the internal web server offers even more control for management of the device. Also allows remote management. And offers basic device parental controls (they try and upsell you to their monthly filtering service, but I didn't use that). Pros: Each tower can be configured as an independent device or as part of the mesh network. Can use ethernet ports on remote points to connect wired devices. Excellent QoS management. Cons: "Directed" service (see comments) struggles to properly balance devices.

I purchased this to upgrade our home WIFI and extend the signal into the backyard. I had a plan how I was going to use all 3 nodes but because of the higher signal strength I only need to use to. So far the coverage, reliability and roaming throughout the house and backyard has been excellent.

Simple and fast setup. Picks up settings for AT&T Cable Modem with Fiber Converter and relays to the other two towers wireless OR wired. However, anytime there has been a power failure when this unit was not on backup power, everything had to be rebooted to work properly again. The smartphone-based control app is excellent.

FINALLY a Wi-Fi that works all over the house !!! Tried other systems that just couldn't cover every corner of the house but this system did the job.

I am very pleased with this WI-FI System. Was able to give one to my son for his apartment and put the other two in my house. It worked great for me.

We had a lot of problems streaming in our house that is 4500 square feet. The Best Buy Associate was very helpful in explaining what we needed, why we needed it and which product would solve our problem.. It was very easy to set up and all of our streaming problems have been solved.

It took some experimenting to find good location for the 2nd unit. The first unit is in an upstairs cabinet hardwired to my cable modem. The 2nd unit is one the first floor in a hallway mounted at the top of the wall. I did get the base for mounting to the wall. I now have good WiFi signal throughout my two-story home.

Bought these to replace an old lynksys wifi router. These strengthen the quality throughout my house. Haven't had a single issue in 6 months. There was a small issue while sitting them up but i called the customer service line and they fixed it immediately and were very nice.

setting up would take around 5 minutes per base, be patient if you have Xfinity, once the setup is done, check the speed, not a drop in speed or data, I had one in the basement living room and garage, and I am able to use full data and speed everywhere, I had my surveillance cameras connected, two TV streaming movies and 2 iPad and one computer connected, with a no problems at all.
