This system provides Excellent coverage and very easy to set up

The Linksys Velop whole Home WiFi is a very simple system to setup. The system works flawlessly and pushes some serious speed. I even called there customer support and had a very good experience. Anyone looking to fix dead spots in there home or office, push faster speeds or just step up to new WiFi technology this is a serious contender.

Linksys - VELOP system was very easy to install and works well. I do have a concern that my system mbps speed is 180+ yet the VELOP speed is only 25.47. That is 1/7th the speed. All my wifi works well but that is a big drop in mbps. You would think that with the cost of this product you would get better performance.

We live in the country and the router that came with internet service left a lot to be desired. When router crashed, friends recommended Velop. Service was great at Frisco El Dorado BB. Price was a concern. Set up was super easy. House is 3000 sq ft plus and wifi strength is solid through out. One month in and no problems. Glad we went with Velop!

Great product to boost WiFi signal in Home. Went from 5/15 upload/download to 40/80. Amazing. Also set up home network to share files.

My experience initially started out really well. The primary, secondary and tertiary nodes all connected seamlessly and provided coverage of close to a square acre. I was pulling about 250mbps down on my 350mbps connection from Spectrum. Then, I decided to enable guest wifi access. Added the SSID name and password, then it restarted my nodes.. Well.. Only the primary and secondary came back, the third kept showing 'Offline'. I rebooted said device, hard reset and kept trying to add it back to my network. Nothing. The third device would stay lit 'purple' long enough to be detected, but then would disconnect while adding itself to the network - therefore erroring out. I decided to perform a factory reset on all three nodes and swap them out. I took the original third node (the one that wasn't connecting) and made it primary, connected it to my router and had the same problem. I swapped it again with another node and that node connected just fine - again the problematic node would not stay connected long enough to finish the setup process. I tried manual configuration, I connected an ethernet cable to said device and tried manual configuration - nothing worked. I called support and after 2 hours of going through everything I stated above one more time, I was told to take it back to the store. This normally wouldn't be a big deal - but this three pack of nodes was close to $500. Not worth it, never buying another Linksys product after this.

I have lots of wifi dead spots. with one of the other mesh systems, 3 nodes would be needed for my space, but this one only required 2.

So far (I’ve had this system for about a month) the hardware works great! I have wifi signal with great range and good speeds over both wifi and Ethernet. I enjoy using this product and the app that accompanies it. The problem is with the initial setup. I had to call customer support and stayed on the phone with a rep for 40 minutes just to get the system up and running. I’d like to think I’m pretty tech savvy and can handle intermediate networking tasks. However, the app setup leaves much to be desired. It gives you no options to do an advanced setup and just tells you there is no connection and says “Call customer support”. This system really shouldn’t be advertised as plug and play. Other than the setup, it’s a great product! I would recommend this to those looking for a good mesh system at a reasonable price if you’re willing to deal with setup hassles should (when) they arise.

These have been the easiest time I've ever had setting up a new router in my life. I do agree with some of the other reviews that it being locked to an app to set up is not ideal for those who do not have a smart phone or want more computer programming control.

Three stars because the price is way too high. However, they work great and be app to control everything is very user friendly. Two of these do the trick to keep everything going. I have 60 some devices that connect and it keeps everything running quickly

Just recently purchased 4 of the linksys Velop mesh wifi nodes. Was able to install them in about 30 minutes. Key is to use the app. Then it is pretty much follow the instructions, which are written in English (not geek). So far so good -- reliable and steady service in an old house with plaster walls.

Our 2nd purchase- for the grandparents' home. No more fighting over connection hot spots because the entire home now has strong wifi.

I followed the directions in the iPhone app carefully, but ended up having to call my ISP and then rebooting the first tower, but that did the trick. After that, adding the others to the mesh was child's play … just plug them in, tell the app to connect to the first tower, and the rest is automatic.

Pleasing to the eye, easy to set up, works beyond expectations.

Before Velop we had very little WiFi spots upstairs, now we actually can use all our electronic devices anywhere we are in the house.

For the price, I expected it to give me fast internet speed throughout my house. For the most part it does, but my bedroom coverage is spotty, especially in the very early morning hours. Also, when setting up the device, it doesn’t connect to iPhone X. You have to use an iPad or earlier version of the iPhone.

Purchased this after my AirPort Extreme stopped working. Was looking for forward tech that would carry me for years to come. Never could get it to work. Plus this wifi mesh system is expensive. Had to return this product.
