Easy to set up and use right out of the box. Download the app, It takes 5 minutes to set up each one. I always had a dead zone on my back deck, now I don’t! I’ve owned this over a year and a half. Works perfect.

My spectrum issued router was constantly dropping the the signal and i finally got fed up and replaced it. I now have a better, more consistent signal throughout the house, and it was super easy to I stall.

Great mesh device if u game...drops every now and then but once stable its the best router out there...recommend for gamers

My wifi was terrible and would not reach upstairs no matter what I did and how many sacrificial rituals I performed until I got this. It works amazing and just what I needed to cover my whole home and not have to worry about lagging, dead spots, or lighting up candles at the stroke of midnight.

Needed a new WiFi system that wouldn’t interfere with our satellite internet service. The ability to change channels made a huge difference. These routers work and are easy to setup and use. The only downside is not being able to see what device is pulling the most bandwidth.

Had the two node system and now the three. Sometimes have issues with a device dropping from the system, but with the multiple devices they share the network load well and generally dont have an issue. Currently have close to 40 devices on the network with no issues.

Easy setup. Instructions on the app were clear and easy. Wired for hardwire backhaul and get full ISP provider speed over WiFi on 5g radio. Would have liked to have admin instructions in box to get into detailed settings, but info was easy to find on the manufacturer website. So far working great

My living/work area consists of my apartment, and several out buildings all on the same property. I have one in my room next to the router, and one in each out building. I have 5 bars on all of my property. Very easy to set up as well.

This is the 5th Linksys Velop I used for my client. Easy to set up. Only issue I had was compatibility with Kasa smart switch and Lifx smart LED bulbs. Talked with Linksys, it was one of the software update that caused that. That was about 8 months ago. No problems since then.

Replaced a year old Apple Airport Extremely bad expression of a wireless router with two of the smaller ones that looked like Apple TV’s to increase distance... no wonder they took it off apples site... Anyway. Could tell immediately this was faster and stable. No shut downs for no reason and good signal!

I would give this 5 stars if I did not have so much trouble with connection issues in the first 4 months. Once it got fixed it is awesome, but the constant resetting and new modules got quite tiresome. Linksys support was able to help as much as they could but it was a pain in the butt

This home system has been absolutely perfect. All areas of my home have great signal and I have had no connection issues.

My son came home for the holidays and had a significant amount of work to complete while he was here. His room was not getting the connection he needed so I added two more of the Velop AC2200 and it solved the problem. The set up was simple with the Linksys App.

The Linksys Velop is a great idea. Whole home mesh wifi can allow total coverage over a large home. However, the firmware for this product is not ready for prime time. While set up was fairly easy, the nodes had difficulty assigning DHCP addresses requiring a static address for many devices in the home. This also lead to conflicts on the network. Tivo could not at all run and connected home items like the Hue lights and Nest cams disconnected frequently. For almost $500, this system should work out of the box and currently it does not. I am sure that future firmware updates with address the shortcomings, but who knows when those will come. I would wait on this as a purchase for now.

I am replacing google Wi-Fi with the VELOP system. Speed seems a lot faster and the jury is still out on coverage. So far I haven’t had any major issues. How do you feel like the software is a little lacking. Be nice to have some security options. Getting speeds over 400 Mb per second. Will follow up if anything changes.

We have a very large home (3800 SF), and wanted the WiFi to cover our pool, patio, and down close to our dock, in addition to the home. By adding these two mesh WiFi nodes to the three we already had, we get good coverage over the whole house, yard, pool, and down close to the dock.

The set up on the Velop was as simple as promised. You just follow the steps on the app (be sure to download the app through your old wi-fi before starting), and it set up without a hitch. It now fills all the empty spots in my 5000+ sft house that my old AC wi-fi couldn't reach. I love it when a technology product works as promised.

I got this after trying lots of other methods (extenders, multiple accesspoints etc) and it works and was simple to setup, If you have fios and use verizon tv boxes you need to Buy a MOCA adapter then remove the verizon router it will work best that way. It would have been 5 stars but there app sucks

Installed the Lynksys Velop tri-band mesh WiFi system to extend the wireless router from a satellite internet service provider. The two pack worked fine. Remember that one of the units needs to accompany the modem and the other can be placed throughout the house. Easy to install and up and running in 5 minutes.
